- If I'm being picked up at the airport, where do I find my driver?

After you collect your luggage and pass through the final police check, your driver/guide will be waiting outside the arrivals hall with an A4 sized sign with your name on it.


- What should I do if I am being picked up at the hotel?

At the agreed time, ask the hotel doorman where to find your driver/guide.

- What should I do at the end of the service?

Simply ask your driver/guide how many hours will be charged. Additional hours are charged in quarter-hour increments, so if you have contracted 4 hours and your tour finishes 15 minutes later, you will be charged an additional 15 minutes and not the full hour. The service ends when you bid farewell to your driver/guide.


- What can I ask the driver/guide?

Almost anything you like; he will be delighted to give you advice. One of our hallmarks is our discretion.
